Job Overview

Join a team of professionals committed to energy efficiency and sustainability at Eversource. As an Energy Efficiency Consultant for the Channel Team, you will work with key channel partners in manufacturing and distribution to influence the energy-efficient product supply chain. This hybrid role involves developing relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors to support Eversource's supplier-driven programs. Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify new technologies and drive energy efficiency goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide information and direction to business partners
• Develop and execute RFPs for program procurement
• Nurture relationships with manufacturers and distributors
• Ensure compliance with energy efficiency programs
• Budgeting, evaluation, and tracking of expenses
• Demonstrate thought leadership within the energy-efficient product supply chain

Requirements

**Technical Knowledge & Skills:**

• Understanding of the supply chain and energy efficiency technologies
• Working knowledge of financial principles and PC applications

**Education:** Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field

**Experience:**

• 5+ years in technical marketing, sales, business management, or energy efficiency services
• Experience working with the supply chain and customer service skills desired
