As the Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO & CFO, your goal is to provide administrative support and anticipate needs related to the business functions that are broad, varied, and confidential in nature. As part of the organization's administrative support team, you will have the opportunity to learn and be a valued and integral part of the teams you support. You will do this by:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel (domestic and international), agendas, contact information, and auxiliary materials for assigned executives.
  • Preparing, drafting, composing, and editing incoming/outgoing correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.
  • Managing various projects in relation to business support.
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages, screening, and handling routine items for timely resolution and efficient resource use.
  • Creating presentations and materials for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates in support of executives or other team members.
  • Coordinating office-related invoices and expense reports, obtaining appropriate approvals per audit standards.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for the leaders you support.
  • Serving as point of contact/lead for various company or divisional activities, including facilitating communication in partnership with corporate communications, registration, and representation.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum ten years of experience in a senior administrative/executive assistant role with at least five years of experience supporting a CEO and/or CFO.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Applications or Google Workspace Applications.
  • Experience supporting leaders in a global organization.
  • Fluent in English and primary language used in the area of responsibility and/or location.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with private equity.
  • Experience with Google Workspace Applications.
  • Project management experience.

**Additional Knowledge & Skills:**

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive company information, including insider information.
  • Ability to prioritize, understand, and manage complex information and projects in a fast-paced, flexible work environment.
  • Advanced working knowledge of department functions and processes.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization, specifically senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take independent action and solve complex problems with limited involvement from others.
