Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Designation: Cluster AMC Manager

Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Experience:

Relevant experience of 4 - 5 years in the Solar Industry in the O&M Department

Job Location: Hyderabad

Languages: Good command of English and Telugu

Two-wheeler is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring and inspection of the solar plants.

• Co-ordinate with O&M & OEM vendors for regular maintenance as per the schedule.

• Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans.

• Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance

• Visit of sites for inspection, repair, maintenance and modifications as and when required. • Perform electrical, mechanical component inspections, testing, repair, and troubleshooting.

• Prepare and share timely reports of generation, site visits, incidents, and RCA.

• Responds to emergency call outs.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices

• Adherence to work ethics

• Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks

• Additional computer training or certification will be an asset

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
