Job Description

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to assist in attracting, screening, and matching candidates to appropriate positions. This entry-level position will be a full-time work-from-home remote role, requiring the candidate to own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc).

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical functions such as taking detailed notes and answering phone calls
• Screen applicants via video conference
• Build relationships with job seekers
• Utilize recruiting methods to attract candidates
• Source candidates using databases and social media

Requirements

• Computer literacy, specifically iOS and MacOS
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Effective time management
