Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to assist in recruitment processes. This entry-level position will be fully remote and requires proficiency with the Apple ecosystem of software.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical functions such as note-taking and answering phone calls
• Screen job applicants via video conference
• Build relationships with potential candidates
• Utilize various recruitment methods to attract talent
• Source candidates through databases and social media

Requirements

• Proficiency in iOS and MacOS
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Effective time management skills
