Human Resources Assistant at Everlight Solar

**POSITION TYPE:** FULL TIME

**LOCATION:** Milwaukee, WI

Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to assist in attracting, screening, and matching candidates to appropriate positions. These collaborative individuals must possess strong communication skills to manage various functions related to recruitment, such as reporting to hiring managers and coordinating communication between job applicants. This is an entry-level, full-time remote position. Candidates must own a Mac computer and be proficient in the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc).

Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical functions, such as taking detailed notes and answering phone calls
• Screen applicants via video conference
• Build relationships with job seekers
• Utilize recruiting methods to attract candidates
• Source candidates using databases, social media, etc.

Requirements:

• Computer literacy, specifically in iOS and MacOS
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Effective time management
