Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled Human Resources Assistant to assist in attracting, screening, and matching candidates to appropriate positions. This entry-level position will be a full-time remote role, requiring the candidate to own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc).

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent problem-solving abilities, is passionate about delivering results on time, exceeding expectations, and ensuring success for our teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical functions such as taking detailed notes and answering phone calls
• Screen applicants via video conference
• Create relationships with job seekers
• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates
• Source candidates using databases, social media, etc

Requirements

• Computer literacy, specifically in iOS and MacOS
• Organizational skills
• Great customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Time management
