Responsibilities

Your day-to-day with us:

  • Planning and execution of Tembici's CRM strategy; controlling all our CRM channels (email, push, InApp, SMS, etc.).
  • Marketing automation focusing on the Conversion Funnel; creating marketing automation flows and events for automatic communication aimed at maximizing user retention.
  • Campaign creation and management of communication flows from registration to churn moment.
  • Offering definition: the right content for the right customer at the right time.
  • CRM calendar: create the CRM communication calendar, monitor trends and current events, and create engagement brand opportunity campaigns.
  • Analyze user conversion funnel to map communication opportunities and optimization via CRM.
  • Analyze CRM campaigns to understand the ROI of each action.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in digital marketing, performance campaign planning and execution, and CRM.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of English or Spanish.
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels and advanced CRM configuration functionality application (automatic flows, event handlers, geolocation).
  • Technical domain of CRM, including user segmentation strategies, A/B test management, and lift analysis group control.
  • Strong understanding of communication channels and formats (SMS, push, InApp, email, WhatsApp).
  • Creativity in managing and creating content for CRM channels.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (e.g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, RD Station, Hubspot).
