SFC is seeking a skilled SEO website copywriter to collaborate with our staff in editing and rewriting our 25 page website.

**Job Description:** This is a contracted position at 12 hours per week for $40 an hour from May 20 to June 21. SFC is seeking a skilled SEO website copywriter to collaborate with our staff in editing and rewriting our 25 page website. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to enhance the website's content ensuring it is engaging, informative, and optimized for search engines.

**Job Duties:**

• Collaborate with SFC staff to understand the organization's mission, programs, and goals.
• Rewrite existing website content to improve readability, SEO performance, and overall effectiveness.
• Develop new content as needed to fill gaps and enhance the website's impact.
• Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization.
• Work with SFC staff to integrate SEO best practices into the website's structure and content.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for improving the website's user experience and SEO performance.

**About you:**

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proven experience as a website copywriter with a strong portfolio of SEO optimized content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and tools.
• Familiarity with sustainable food systems, agriculture, and/or nonprofit organizations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and communicate effectively.
