Responsibilities and Duties

Your day to day with us will involve facing problems that require creative solutions to be solved; seriously, we have several that we still don't know how to solve. Furthermore, you will have activities such as:

• Support in administrative processes involving the IT area
• Control contracts with suppliers and partners, as well as trianguating administrative processes and contracts with legal, collecting signatures
• Participate in meetings with suppliers, service providers, and internal users to monitor activities and contracted deliveries
• Support and guide your peers in conducting internal projects and activities related to the systems
• Support users in the TOTVS Protheus system and other Tembici systems
• Provide service to the modules of Configurator, Inventory, Costs, Billing, Purchasing, Financial, Tax, Accounting, and Fixed Assets
• Analysis of internal processes proposing improvements
• Create functional and technical documents of the systems and their integrations

Requirements and Qualifications

**Mandatory Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in handling and managing the Protheus ERP
• Experience in Protheus ERP update processes
• Experience in supporting the Configurator, Inventory, Costs, Billing, Purchasing, Financial, Tax, Accounting, and Fixed Assets modules
• Knowledge in AdvPL development and SQL Queries

**Differentials:**

• Certifications in TOTVS ERP Protheus products
• Experience in operation and administration of TOTVS CLOUD Protheus and TSS services
• Knowledge of English and/or Spanish
