Within the ENGIE Group, we are hiring an ALTERNANT(E) PMO Strategy Manager Support (M/F) graduate prepared for a Master's degree in Project Management or Strategy Consulting.

**Duration:** 1 year **Location:** Courbevoie

**Your missions, if you accept them:**

• Collaborate with the program Leadership Team and project PMOs to identify and manage risks by developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Foster the adoption of the Tabsters project portfolio management tool by users (200+), ensuring they can fully exploit the functionalities and uses.
• Work closely with the Tabsters project manager to adapt the tool based on user feedback and needs, and to manage any tool-related malfunctions.

• You are preparing for a Master's degree in Project Management or Strategy Consulting in a related field.
• You have strong analytical, writing skills, and attention to detail.
• You understand risk management principles.
• You have a strong interest in discovering new tools.
• You are team-oriented and have a collaborative spirit.
• You have a sense of organization and time management.
• You are adaptable to change and have a quick learning ability.
• You are fluent in English, both oral and written.
