Sales Assistant (m/f/d) - Inside Sales

To continue our success story, we are looking for support in our Inside Sales department. As a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) in Inside Sales, you will complement our sales team with your exceptional organizational skills. You will be responsible for a significant part of the Sales Backoffice organization, supporting our field sales by taking on administrative tasks. In close coordination with your Key Account Managers, you will assist in planning, executing, and managing sales activities by serving as the interface between our sales team and customers to ensure the best customer experience. Your responsibilities will include independently creating and revising offers and contracts, assisting in the preparation and execution of trade shows and customer events with attention to detail, maintaining our CRM system up to date, inputting new customer data, preparing evaluations for the sales team, managing our demo units, and ensuring a smooth process for the rental of demo equipment both internally and externally.

**Requirements:**

  • Successfully completed commercial training with ideally some experience in inside sales
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and high customer orientation
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and work independently in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Excellent English language skills and MS Office knowledge, ideally with experience in Salesforce
