Role Description:

We are seeking a Senior IT System Administrator to join our team at tado. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, implementing system upgrades, and providing support to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT systems to ensure high availability and performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Implement system upgrades and enhancements as needed
• Monitor system performance and security
• Provide support to end-users and resolve IT-related inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols
• Experience with cloud-based systems and virtualization technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
