Job Description

Responsibilities

SALES SUPPORT

  • In this role you will manage EU markets throughout the year in a weekly process. This includes a weekly production proposal depending on the demand, available production capacity, and inventor
  • You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of goods to meet the timely demand.
  • To ensure smooth coordination, you will also regularly liaise with the sales team and internal stakeholders at headquarters.

DATA QUALITY

  • A smooth process requires high data quality. You will therefore ensure data quality for all planning-relevant parameters in our planning tools and master data systems.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining master data on availability topics such as capacities, stock levels throughout times.

INVENTORY MONITORING

  • In this role you are also responsible for stock level monitoring.
  • You will monitor the supply and demand on a weekly basis and check if there are any discrepancies in achieving the targets of the EU team.
  • The communication process will also be part of your role. In particular, you will ensure that all necessary people are informed about deviations.

ANALYSIS

  • You will also analyze the actual and planned values in terms of demand, supply and quality and initiate corrective measures if required.
  • You will also link data from different departments, establish correlations and identify variations.
  • Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or a comparable field of study.
  • Minimum 1-3 years professional experience in a supply chain management role, ideally in the field of Planning and Inventory handling.
  • Experience with ERP (Oracle or SAP) would be a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office package, SharePoint, Salesforce. Power Query and Power BI are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn new skills.
  • Good Visualization and presentation skills.
  • Open-minded, collaborative, solution-oriented, pro-active attitude, and problem solver, taking initiative when required.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, any other European language skills would be a strong plus
