Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead field sales force
• Support field sales representatives and ensure coherence in communication and adherence to processes
• Contribute to revenue growth
• Monitor quantitative and qualitative indicators and participate in action plan development
• Centralize field feedback, analyze and disseminate it
• Identify individual areas for improvement, training needs, and development opportunities
• Develop the team and participate in recruitment activities
• Ensure smooth integration of new team members
