Reporting Data Analytics Lead - Sizewell C

**Location:** London or Suffolk (hybrid working arrangements) **Employment type:** Permanent, full-time or part-time **Salary:** Competitive, dependent on experience, plus bonus and other benefits **Closing date:** Sunday 12th May

The Opportunity

Join our expanding Sizewell C SZC team to work on one of the UK's most exciting and largest megaprojects. Be at the forefront of the UK's climate change agenda and energy policy. Sizewell C is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk, following the success of Hinkley Point C (HPC), with planning approval and government financing support. When completed, it will provide electricity to 6 million homes for 60 years, supporting Britain's Net Zero by 2050 goal.

We are seeking a Reporting and Data Analytics Lead for SZC to develop and implement a reporting framework that supports the SZC governance structure and ensures digital reporting by default.

The Role

As the Reporting and Data Analytics Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive reporting framework at SZC. You will lead a team to ensure digitalized reporting using cutting-edge software and tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

**Principal Accountabilities:**

  • Strategic leadership and line management of Reporting and Data Analytics
  • Establishing Performance Reporting and Business Intelligence frameworks
  • Establishing SZC as a leader in Reporting Data Analytics in the construction industry
  • Managing stakeholders from board level to project delivery teams
  • Direct management of a team of 8 to 10, with functional management of up to 15 resources

The Skills

  • Experience in managing reporting within large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in reporting software, especially Power BI
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
