**Job Description**

• To manage the execution of the assigned projects ensuring that all activities from design, permitting, procurement, construction to commissioning, energization, testing, and handover of the project achieving world-class levels of QHSE, business, and manpower performance during all phases within budget meeting stringent schedule demonstrating innovation in technology definition and coordinating complex interfaces.
• **Project Site Management**
• Manage sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor the project budget and finances.
• Project reporting.
• Team management and supervision.
• Management of project governance, resourcing, and quality assurance.
• Management of risk and change control for projects.
• Manage consultant stakeholder relations relevant to project delivery.
• Support Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, policies, and objectives of Masdar.
• Manage project handover.
• Comply with information security policies, procedures, and requirements at all times.

**Requirements**

• At least 5 years of senior project management experience with an EPC contractor with exposure to global scale and complex energy technology and utility projects, including significant Wind specific experience with electrical and HV works background.
• Similar and related experience in international projects, preferably in the region is required.
• **Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science or any other related field. Master's degree in a relevant field is an asset.

• Knowledge of renewable energy and traditional energy industry.
• Knowledge of utility and international energy business.
• Good understanding of construction sub-contracts, insurance issues, permitting issues, and project scheduling.

• Proven leadership within complex teams with the ability to implement change management strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects acumen.
• Advanced project management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence decision-makers to implement external enhancement initiatives.
• Project finance budgeting skills.
• Contract administration and legal skills.

**Language:** English mandatory and Serbian preferable.
