Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Professional EDAS for a temporary position at the Endesa offices in Villafranca. The main responsibilities include representing public bodies, preventing occupational risks, environmental protection, economic management, and operation and maintenance oversight. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining hydraulic power plants and will be responsible for various tasks related to maintenance, operation, and compliance with environmental and occupational risk regulations. Collaboration with a team and continuous improvement are vital aspects of this role.

What You'll Do

  • Execute local maneuvers from switchboard panels and grounding
  • Operate the assigned Power Plant
  • Perform hydraulic maneuvers for draining canals, reservoirs, and forced pipes
  • Carry out operations in dams and clean screens during floods or as required by service needs
  • Intervene in the maintenance of Systems Controls of Power Plants
  • Fulfill operations to meet irrigation rights and water supply requirements
  • Participate in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety regulations
  • Assist in practical training of other workers
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors as needed

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Degree or Vocational Training in Electricity, Automation, and Control
  • Technical knowledge and digital skills (MS Office, communication tools)
  • Preferred knowledge in mechanics
  • 2 years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of hydraulic power plants
