Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to implement products and services that our customer base needs and wants to provide them peace of mind. This role will be accountable for implementation and integration of all product creation activities for the Home Protection business (AWHR, NRG Protects, Allied Warranty, etc.) across multiple channels (3rd Party Partnerships, Digital Online, Call Center).

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

  • Define the market and sales implementation strategy for the offers on the roadmap.
  • Facilitate the design of GTM blueprints for different consumption models and customer experience platforms.
  • Document and inventory competitive intelligence related to plan offers.
  • Manage the product line life cycle from planning to tactical activities.
  • Develop working relationships with Sales, Business, Product Marketing, and Call Center teams.
  • Create product go-to-market process plans and launch timelines.
  • Partner with marketing and sales enablement for new offering launches.
  • Identify and anticipate roadblocks and seek resolution.
  • Develop metrics to measure portfolio transformation success.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, technology, business, or equivalent.
  • 5 years in product management, product marketing, go-to-market, or strategic operations.
  • 5 years in leadership positions with influence at senior levels.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in Home Services industry.
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Ability to travel.
