About the Team

We are seeking a Liability Claims expert to join our Claims team, offering an opportunity to be part of an industry disruptor and contribute to shaping our liability program. This position reports to our Chief Insurance Officer and Liability Claims Program Manager.

What You'll Do

• Lead claim consultations with liability insurance partners
• Organize claim reviews, provide feedback and coaching to partners
• Review claims data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams for actionable marketplace changes
• Develop best practices, improve workflow, and efficiency
• Audit invoicing for accuracy
• Drive policy and procedural improvements
• Communicate effectively

Your Profile

• 6 years of auto injury claims experience
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and case laws
• Strong team player with positive attitude and integrity
• Proficiency in technology and claims management systems
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to high responsiveness and availability
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
