**About the team:**

We are looking for a Liability Claims expert to join us as part of our Claims team. This is an amazing opportunity to join an industry disruptor and to help continue to shape our liability program. This position reports to our Chief Insurance Officer as well as our Liability Claims Program Manager.

**What you'll do:**

• Take the lead on claim consultations with our liability insurance partners
• Participate in organizing claim reviews and compile feedback
• Review claims data to measure and track account performance
• Work closely with other teams at Turo for actionable changes in the marketplace
• Audit invoicing from carriers for handling and paid claims
• Identify and drive ongoing improvements to policies and procedures

**Your profile:**

• 6 years of experience in auto injury claims
• Strong claims legal knowledge of relevant legislation and case laws
• Proficiency with technology such as Claims Management systems and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills
• State licensing desired but not required
• Commitment to high responsiveness and availability
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
