**THE ROLE**

As IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for offering first-line IT support related to computer systems hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical assistance to end users, resolving networking issues, and managing Azure-based systems and services.

**YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY**

• Providing internal IT support to all staff members
• Providing application and configuration support for MS Dynamics 365 F&O
• Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide insights into key performance metrics and business trends
• Conducting testing and troubleshooting of Power BI reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Collaborating with the People team and suppliers to provide hardware and software promptly
• Ensuring the protection and accountability of IT assets
• Providing regular updates on IT support activities and projects
• Assisting the IT and Applications Manager in achieving ISO 27001 certification by implementing and maintaining security controls and policies
• Building documentation and training guides to share knowledge
• Staying up to date with the latest IT technologies and maintaining security awareness
• Contributing to the Group IT Project Roadmap

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

• At least 3 years of experience in an IT desk support related role
• Bachelor's in Computer engineering, Networking, IT, or any related course
• Experience with Client-Server technologies
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O
• Analytical skills and knowledge of PowerBI and other reporting analytics tools
• Working knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure including Azure, Windows, Google, and Office 365
• Skilled in supporting remote users, VPN setup, and technical problem-solving
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management for mobiles and tablets
• Proficient in asset and inventory management, Active Directory management, printer troubleshooting, and installation configuration of new systems
• Already based in the Netherlands within commuting distance to Amsterdam
