Job description

• Drive end-to-end product design strategy and development supporting PVcase's strategic vision
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive design strategy aligning with the product and business strategy
• Drive the evolution of design language and principles for a cohesive and distinctive product identity
• Hire, mentor, and develop a team of skilled designers and managers
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, professional growth, and creative excellence
• Implement and refine design processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate design into agile development cycles
• Drive innovation within the design team to enhance the visual and interactive aspects of products
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to align design strategy with business goals
• Facilitate product design presentations for a broad audience and gain alignment on design efforts

Job requirements

• Experience in product design leadership at a B2B SaaS software company
• Experience managing a team of 10 individual contributors and managers
• Deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and industry trends
• Familiarity with platform work and M&A
• History of building and coaching high-performing teams
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Awareness of technology trends and their influence on the business
• Ability to balance creative thinking with pragmatic decision-making
