Senior Product Manager - Roof Mount

**Location:** Remote, Berlin, Vilnius, Kaunas

**Salary Range:** Starting at 84,000 EUR gross per year

Job Description

• Drive Product Growth
• Validate customer problems via qualitative and quantitative analysis methods
• Prototype multiple solutions and solve key customer problems while delivering on set product outcomes
• Run continuous discovery to learn and validate new opportunities that align with product goals
• Manage product roadmap and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Work closely with the product team on new features and architectural improvements

Job Requirements

• 4 years of experience working as a Product Manager on software products
• B2B focus is an advantage
• Successful track record of improving activation and retention metrics
• Experience working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English (C1/C2)
