Job Description

Position Summary:
As Head of Digitalization and Software Technology Development for **IQ STORAGE**, you will drive the technological direction, software technology platform development, and AI integration used to build software platforms for energy solution digitalization, system performance analytics, and grid energy management. Responsibilities include leading the software and controls engineering team, developing solutions optimizing energy digitalization and management.
Responsibilities:
- Define technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for software development
- Oversee product development lifecycle ensuring high quality, scalability, and reliability
- Champion best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles
- Lead invention and evolution of BESS EMS platform, introducing new features, functionalities, and enhancements
- Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class engineering team
- Oversee successful delivery of large-scale energy projects to customers
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
