**Job description:**Enfinity is looking for a Head of Asset Management (EU) to manage the technical, commercial and financial performance of the asset fleet in Europe. This person will be hands on in the field as needed to handle the O&M of the plants owned by Enfinity and involved in commissioning and on-going maintenance of projects installed in the field as well as leading the financial reporting to investors and other stakeholders.

As Head of Asset Management you will cover a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the performance across a portfolio of renewable energy assets (mainly in Italy).

Responsabilities:* Setting up the department strategy and procedures.

  • Oversee the day-to-day field operations of a portfolio of utility-scale solar plants and stand-alone/hybrid battery energy storage systems (BESS).
  • Ensure the day-to-day operations meet safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate with offtakers, financing parties and transmission operators to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly operating reports, monthly actual to budget reports, and annual operating budgets.
  • Manage O&M Agreements and Long-Term Services Agreements to ensure compliance from service providers and to develop long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate outages and unplanned maintenance including the investigation, analysis, and resolution of system issues.
  • Maximize value of the assets (project revenue and cost control, and profitability maximization).
  • Energy management and PPAs (coordinate market representatives, asset management and other market players).
  • Reporting to the company management and investors the KPI´S and main parameters of the technical and financial performance of the PV plants and EV charging stations in compliance with the contractual obligations.

Qualifications* Master’s degree in relevant discipline (Engineering or similar).

  • At least 10 years of experience within the renewable energy industry working in asset management/O&M of PV projects.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Italian (Spanish is highly desirable)
  • Experience working with PV/BESSregulated assets.
