Join our team as an HR Recruitment Intern and play a vital role in supporting our small yet dynamic HR team. What You'll Do

• Utilize Greenhouse ATS to source candidates for a variety of roles including sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and field service technician positions
• Post job openings on relevant platforms under recruiter supervision
• Audit and modify job descriptions for consistency, clarity, and formatting adherence to company guidelines
• Update job descriptions on Greenhouse and maintain accuracy on Recruiting SharePoint page
• Extract and manipulate data from recruiting dashboards to analyze job and recruiting performance
• Learn and apply skills to conduct preliminary screening calls with potential candidates
• Assist in organizing and executing office events to boost morale
• Attend job kickoff meetings with recruiters to understand recruitment strategies and requirements
• Participate in in-person interviews as required
• Prepare monthly slide decks introducing new hires and acknowledging employee anniversaries
• Coordinate and send out anniversary gifts to recognize tenured employees

Your Experience and Capabilities

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to HR, Business, or a relevant field
• 1 year of experience working in a customer-facing role required
• Strong organizational and exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to various HR and recruitment tasks
• Ability to initiative and demonstrate a proactive attitude in approaching tasks and challenges

US Hourly Range

$17 - $20 USD
