Job Description
Document Controls Specialist
Status: Exempt
Position Summary
Provides support to project teams in administrative project tasks. Processes documentation sent to and received from customers and suppliers. Furthermore, registers the project documentation and checks the progress overview of project documents.
Responsibilities
Act as the Gatekeeper in charge of the control and daily management (processing) of all project related documents for one or more projects
Project documentation distribution to all the parties (internal and external)
Maintain Master Document Register (MDR)
Create and distribute of project documentation status reports
Work in accordance with the applicable procedures and work instructions from the Frames Quality Management System and Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems Ensuring an adequate knowledge level is maintained in the field of expertise. Developing knowledge and skills to be able to address current and future project and market demands.
Tasks
Supporting project team on documentation related queries
Sending project documents to customers and suppliers in various countries
Archiving project documents
Composing various overviews and summaries, for instance project document status overviews
Expediting internally and externally on the progress of document processing
(Assisting in) compilation of data books, obtaining and copying the information necessary for doing so
Expediting final documentation from suppliers
Checking of documents for adherence to specified format, numbering, revision, status, etc HSE
Tasks & responsibilities with HSE
Task training courses and participating in safety toolbox meetings
Using protections
Cooperating on safety improvement
Reporting alarming danger, accidents and incidents
Authorities with regards to HSE
- Entitled to stop working in case of an acute serious safety threat, notifying the manager and relevant others of this
Level of Education/Experience
- Any Graduate with 2-6 Years of relevant experience.
Other requirements
- Ability to speak and write English at a professional level
