**Location:** Our Walnut Creek, CA office is conveniently located near public transportation. Pleasant Hill BART is ideally situated for bicycle commuters, there's plenty of free parking, and an abundance of eateries in the surrounding area. The office includes tasty drinks, healthy snacks, and catered lunches two days per week. Hybrid office hours are available with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

**Position Summary:** Join an exciting, fast-growing global manufacturing business centered on offering renewable energy solutions that will save the planet. As the leader of Global IT, you'd be responsible for the strategy and delivery of critical IT services and systems across the globe outside of China, including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Define and execute the overall technology strategy
• Manage operations, security, and efficiency improvements
• Streamline and improve global Sales Operations process and tools
• Establish security protocols for various systems
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for technology projects
• Implement advanced technologies and evaluate emerging technologies
• Create annual budget and headcount planning for IT services
• Work closely with IT headquarters in China

Qualifications

• 15 years of IT Leadership role with an emphasis in change management
• 10 years SAP SD or FICO experience
• Industry Standard credentials
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Program and project leadership experience
• Strong Communication skills
• CRM, ERP, WMS, SRM, and Workday knowledge
• Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on an annual objective achievement. Our generous benefits package includes a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical, dental, life, disability program, PTO, and sick days. The pay range for this position is $170,000 - $210,000.
