**Overview of the team:** The team you will join is an industry leader in safety management by creating a strong and effective safety culture. Once you join us, you will work on a cultural transformation program for a big company in the Oil Gas sector through the creation and operation of Safety Academies.

**Your Day to day:** At the end of the training period, which will require presence in both own and client's facilities, the following will be incorporated into the client's Site in A Coruña covered by the program Repsol's Refinery. At the destination site, you will carry out consulting and training tasks at the client's facilities - both offices, classrooms, and the industrial complexes themselves. You might also provide occasional support on the other sites.

**What we need:**

• This is a position for a technical profile - technical degree with a strong vocation for training and the ability to adapt to changes.
• Knowledge/experience in the Oil Gas sector.
• Knowledge/experience in safety and health.
• Possibility of carrying out field work.
• Predisposition to continuous learning.
• Capacity as a trainer and facilitator.
• Classroom Communication Skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Use Microsoft 365 tools.
• Good level of English (B2).
