We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Success Agent (f/m/x) to join our operations team. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service in response to customer inquiries across multiple contact channels. • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers
• Provide general support and build engaging relationships on every customer call or interaction
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and feedback
• Work towards Customer Care team KPIs and targets
• Report and document issues to drive continuous improvement
• Suggest ways to improve internal procedures and processes
• Run internal projects towards customer success optimization
• Be an expert regarding company policies, tools, and systems

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success or related field
• Track record of building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
• Confidence and proficiency in using various communication channels
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent communication skills with positivity and empathy
• Reliability, friendliness, and strong active listening skills
• Self-organization and team effectiveness
• Fluency in German and English required; proficiency in additional languages a plus
