About the Job

The Contract Manager will manage all document control processes for commercial contracts, ensure documents are accurate, provide advice regarding contract negotiations, and support sales and engineering teams in managing customer contract expectations. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of legal terminology and have previous experience managing commercial contracts.

About the Job

  • Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers.
  • Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained.
  • Meet with customers to discuss both legal and business matters.
  • Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts.
  • Provide support and advice on new potential businesses opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
  • Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred
  • Must have previous experience managing commercial contracts
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team
  • Exemplify a strong attention to detail
  • Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
  • Must have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Capable of professionally managing confidential information
  • Enthusiasm for the renewable energy industry

Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship. The expected compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $135,000. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional discretionary incentive may be available. Full-time employees are eligible for PTO, medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) plan and flexible spending accounts, subject to plan terms.
