Your Responsibilities:

• Classic office management
• Support in Corporate Governance topics and Corporate Legal matters (shareholders' resolutions, equity management, etc.)
• Preparation and completion of contracts and committee resolutions in coordination
• Coordination of appointments and substantive preparation of notary appointments, meetings, and teleconferences
• Protocol management and follow-up of dates and measures
• Support in legal department projects
• Assistance in the preparation of committee meetings

What You Bring:

• Completed training as a legal assistant or similar qualification
• Previous work experience
• Good knowledge of organizational and social structures
• Ideally, good knowledge of corporate law
• Very good English language skills in both written and verbal communication, as well as excellent MS Office knowledge
• Quick comprehension and structured, conscientious work approach
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as commitment
• Organizational and coordination skills with a high sense of responsibility
