Job Description

CrossBoundary is recruiting a full-time **Associate Principal** to be a key leader in managing select global/regional programs and framework contracts, expanding presence and market share with European clients, and supporting the management of various strategic initiatives and organic growth opportunities within the advisory practice.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage global/regional and multi-country contracts.
• Build relationships and identify opportunities with European clients.
• Support advisory teams in submitting competitive proposals.
• Develop internal capacity on the European donor market.
• Participate in external events to build key partner relationships.
• Analyze data to improve business development efforts.
• Lead market assessments to identify strategic opportunities.

Who You Are

• Self-starter passionate about creating lasting change in underserved markets.
• Experience in business development, program management, or investment advisory work.
• Knowledge of U.K. government agency procurement processes, particularly FCDO.
• Passion for private sector development and blended finance initiatives.
• Strong networker with the ability to build and sustain relationships.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for quality output.
• Proficient in MS Suite.
