Job Description

CrossBoundary is recruiting a full-time Analyst to join the Investment Advisory team in the Democratic Republic of Congo. As a member of the transaction team, you will be working on impactful transactions across in the DRC and building CrossBoundary's long-term presence in the region. Analyst candidates should have 1-3 years of experience working in high-caliber finance or consulting organizations, with expertise in agriculture project finance, renewable energy, critical minerals, and gender lens investments being regarded favorably.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative skills and finance background
• Excellent analytical ability and discipline
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
• Self-starter passionate about creating lasting change in frontier markets
• Knowledge of the DRC investment landscape or previous work experience in the DRC
• Proficiency in French
• Bachelor's degree required
• DRC citizenship
