**Job Summary** The Zero Waste Associate at Resource Central plays a vital role in helping families divert building materials from landfills. The associate's responsibilities involve picking up and stocking household and construction material donations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing pickup efficiency. This is a part-time summer seasonal role based in Boulder, Colorado.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

• Perform materials pickups using box trucks
• Unload and stock incoming materials
• Maintain clean vehicles
• Provide high-level customer service
• Adhere to vehicle safety procedures
• Support sales staff
• Cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion

**Qualifications and Requirements**

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to lift 75lbs regularly
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Comfortable learning to drive a box truck
