The Role:

**Water and Wastewater Process Engineer**

Stantec is actively seeking qualified candidates for a Water and Wastewater Process Engineer to support the leadership of our growing water wastewater practice in T rkiye and the MENA Region. This consulting engineering role will require application of technical skills, project delivery, and leadership to a complex array of multi-disciplinary planning, design, and construction projects for water and wastewater systems including process treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in delivery all sizes of water and wastewater projects including planning, design, and construction by being a part of multi-disciplinary teams for municipal, industrial, and commercial clients
• Providing technical assistance on projects including treatment process, pipeline, and pump station designs, and overall design management
• Gathering information, developing and evaluating alternatives, and preparing engineering reports and presentations
• Performing engineering calculations and preparing detailed design drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Receiving and evaluating proposals from bidders for tendered projects and preparing bid evaluation reports
• Assisting business development activities by preparing technical methodology and level of effort for ongoing pursuits of new projects during the tendering phase
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Title:

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
• Proven specialist expertise with a minimum of 10 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment processes, plant design, and related fields
• Strong interpersonal abilities working in diverse team environments with staff, clients, and stakeholders
• Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Strong communication and presentation skills both written and oral
