**What to expect:**

  • Diverse tasks in a highly motivated team where you will advance the development of our solar park portfolio through technical project management in our new construction projects.
  • Optimization of internal processes while closely collaborating with other departments.

**Your responsibilities:**

  • Leading technical projects for solar new construction projects.
  • Supporting technical procurement in overseeing the construction phase, commissioning of new projects, and quality assurance.
  • Evaluating new projects as part of investment decisions, and managing and reviewing plant planning.
  • Conducting risk assessments, market analysis benchmarking, leading tenders, negotiations, and contracting of EPC service contracts as well as component procurement contracts.
  • Developing and implementing technical project optimizations, as well as cost and time-effective measures.
  • Selecting, commissioning, managing, and evaluating expert opinions.

**What you bring:**

  • University or technical college degree in electrical, environmental technology, engineering, or industrial engineering.
  • Previous experience in technical management in the solar industry or O&M experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of complex relationships.
  • Initiative, commitment, decisiveness, cooperative behavior, and willingness to travel occasionally for inspections, commissioning, and acceptance.
