What You Will Do

• Take on a key role in the marketing of our electricity, expanding customer relationships, and optimizing portfolio management
• Conceptualize and conduct tenders for marketing our electricity in 12 European countries
• Negotiate physical and financial PPAs with utilities and corporate off-takers
• Build relationships with new customers and develop customized supply concepts
• Support the development of short-term hedging strategies and adapt them to market changes
• Collaborate on building software projects to digitize portfolio management effectively

What We Are Looking For

• Completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering
• 2-5 years of experience, preferably in renewable energy or consulting
• Customer-facing and negotiation skills
• Understanding of European electricity markets and familiarity with PPAs
• Strong communication, self-motivation, flexibility, and responsibility
• Proficiency in German and English, with willingness to travel occasionally
• Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability even in stressful situations
