Position Summary

Astronergy is seeking an experienced and resourceful PV/Module GTS Regional Manager –North America,specifically shall provide technical support and assist to drive the growth of our distribution channel and other free markets in the solar module market. The incumbent will develop, strengthen and oversee relationships with key customers in the region to support our rapidly growing business in assigned Regions.

Basic Responsibilities and Tasks:

Presales

Provide technical materials, certificates,etc.

Answer questions regarding product, including installation, usage, etc.

Gather project location info., according to Astronergy 《BOM selection based on different environments》,(PVCZ, wind speed,hail)

Provide customized technical solutions and design

On-site investigation(check list)

Sales Process

Contract negotiation

Push internal implementation of product solution, certification, and related testing work.

After Sales

On-site delivery and acceptance( check list, photos). On-site technical service ( Installation and application training )

Preliminary analysis and resolution of technical and quality issues, informing the quality department of customer complaints and assisting the quality department in resolving them together.

Conduct customer follow-up on the COD day, including taking photos and collecting power generation data, to establish a good relationship with the owner.

Archive project information from start to finish and input it into the project database.

Communicate with the marketing department to determine whether to carry out publicity based on the project's characteristics.

Bring in new customers for site visits based on business needs and owner relationships.

Key accounts regular visit and relationship maintenance

Qualification Requirements:

At least 3 years of work experience in PV industry

Attention to detail

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at utilities, IPPs, EPCs, project developers, and financing institutions

Solid experience with MS Office and CRM

Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Fluent in English and other language like Spanish

Role will be home-based -flexible (in sales region)
