Your Responsibilities:

• Identify new potential in the field of flexibility with a focus on maximizing benefits for customers while considering business cases for network providers
• Manage your projects from conception, planning, and structuring to go-live and success measurement
• Develop existing flexibility products like Intelligent Octopus for the German market
• Act as a liaison between various teams to drive your projects independently
• Stay updated on regulatory and market developments to incorporate them into product development
• Engage different stakeholders, such as regulatory authorities, government, and network operators, to expand our market access

Your Background:

• Good understanding and relevant experience in the German energy market
• Structured, solution-oriented, and innovative thinker
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly despite increased complexity
• Evaluate the profitability of new products, identify opportunities, and capitalize on them
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Enthusiasm for advancing the energy transition in Germany and uniting various interest groups behind this mission
