About CleanSpark We are one of the largest bitcoin miners in the United States. We are headquartered in Las Vegas, NV, and independently own and operate five data centers in Georgia for a total developed capacity of 230 MW. We are developing an additional 150 MW at our data center in Sandersville, GA. We have a partner in Massena, NY, that hosts 50 MW for us. We design our infrastructure to responsibly support Bitcoin, the world’s most important digital commodity and an essential tool for financial independence and inclusion.   • Serve as subject matter expert and administrator on various mining operations systems
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and document system requirements.
  • Identify and lead the implementation of new systems to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage user access and permissions.
  • Create and maintain documentation regarding system configurations and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support and project leadership to business users
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve system issues ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors on integrations, enhancements and optimizations.
  • Providing timely summaries and reports to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

  • Background or experience in systems, operations, dashboards, inventory management, and warehouse management are highly desirable.
  • Communication: Ability to synthesize requirements and produce well written documentation.
  • Problem-solving: Analyze data and draw sound conclusions.
  • Collaboration: Work positively with team members of diverse backgrounds.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Time management: Prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn: Seek opportunities to expand skills and knowledge.
  • Minimum Core Competencies: Respectful Leadership, Professionalism, Emotional Intelligence, Problem Solving/Critical Thinking, Communication Skills.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with systems; ERP, HRIS, Warehouse Management, Safety Management, Foreman preferred
