Clenergy, a leading solar mounting solutions provider, is looking for a Solution Manager Ground Mount to join their team in Germany. As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for technical support, product promotion, and customer relationship management in Germany and the EU market. You will work closely with the headquarters in China to ensure customer requirements are met and provide technical solutions and proposals to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Clenergy's activities in Germany and the EU market.
• Promote Clenergy's products, solutions, and services in the German and EU market.
• Assist the sales team in acquiring new customers and managing regional key accounts.
• Manage the product lifecycle, sales support, and operational support.
• Collaborate with the HQ in China to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with local planning offices, geotechnical and surveying firms to discuss technical details and project specifications.
• Coordinate certification and third-party companies for product certifications or expert reports if necessary.
• Monitor onsite inspections during the construction phase and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Provide feedback and ideas for product improvement to the R&D team.
• Conduct product training for customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in developing product marketing strategies for the German and European market.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, providing updates to the R&D team.

Requirements:

• Proficient in technical reports, certifications, geotechnical and structural engineering.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Fluency in German and English.
