Job Description

As a Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in the E.ON Energie Dialog GmbH, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting new and exciting research tasks daily
• Ensuring a secure and confident supply for our customers
• Providing excellent service to our customers
• Assisting in project tasks to improve our order management

Requirements

• You are communicative, friendly, and reliable
• You enjoy identifying customer data through phone, written, or system means
• Convincing customers of our products and services
• Ideally, you have a commercial education or comparable experience in customer contact
• Reside in Berlin, Leipzig, Magdeburg, or surrounding areas

Home Office Requirements

To work effectively from your home office, you will need:

• Broadband connection (DSL, VDSL, or Cable) with a minimum download bandwidth of 5 MBit/s
• Your workspace close to the internet router and PC connected via cable
• A room where you can work undisturbed and in compliance with data protection regulations
