Senior Financial Specialist - External Relations, Global Sustainability, and Philanthropic Climate Finance Initiatives (Finance Administration)

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Specialist to support External Relations, which includes Communications, Government Relations, and Corporate Philanthropy, as well as Global Sustainability and various Philanthropic Climate Finance initiatives like the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ) and the Net Zero Data Public Utility (NZDPU).

Role Overview:

As a Senior Financial Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple business units and initiatives at various stages of maturity. You will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change across our dynamic and growing business through financial and operational analysis, financial modeling, senior management support, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial reporting, analysis, and planning processes for External Relations, Global Sustainability, and Philanthropic Climate Finance Initiatives
• Oversee annual budgeting and recurring outlook exercises
• Provide quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors and Management Committee
• Prepare regular monthly close and reporting packages for Business Unit Leaders
• Conduct ad hoc analysis based on business and management needs
• Develop a deep understanding of existing workflows, technologies, and operating procedures across departments
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to inform business strategy and decision-making
