Your mission

Your mission at Climeworks is to lead DCS Controls Commissioning Start-Up activities, ensuring a seamless transition from Engineering to Operations. You will develop and implement procedures for Climeworks DCS and PLC control systems to sustainably operate Mammoth and future Plants. Your goal is to maintain plant availability and CO₂ CDR production, meeting sales targets and realizing the Climeworks Vision.

• Lead DCS Controls Commissioning Start-Up activities
• Develop and implement procedures for Climeworks DCS and PLC control systems
• Maintain plant availability and CO₂ CDR production
• Design, implement, execute, commission, and maintain the Mammoth Plant DCS
• Maintain required processes and tools to manage a critical process DCS

Your story

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or related discipline
• Expert knowledge of Siemens T3000 DCS
• At least 6 years of experience in plant commissioning Start-Up in the process engineering industry with at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven work experience in a scale-up and/or first-of-its-kind environment
• Proven multi-year track record in DCS CSU in the process engineering industry
• Experience in DCS controls engineering design including SIF and SIL functions, and in FAT and SAT procedure development
• Strong coordination, communication, and collaboration skills
• Business fluent in English
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (expected to be 100% based on site during the CSU period)
