Job Title: BambooHR Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced BambooHR Specialist to join our team. As a BambooHR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing employee data, assisting with onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing support related to HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain employee data in BambooHR system
• Assist with onboarding new employees and updating employee records
• Generate reports and analyze HR data as needed
• Provide support to employees and managers regarding HRIS systems
• Stay up-to-date with BambooHR functionality and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with BambooHR or other HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred
