**Job Description**

This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed.

**Responsibilities**

  • Engage clients to gain an in-depth knowledge of financial and life priorities
  • Connect clients to solutions that meet financial goals
  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience
  • Manage cash responsibilities

**Required Qualifications**

  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Collaborative and effective at building relationships
  • Ability to identify solutions for clients based on their needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Efficient time management and capacity
  • Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed

**Desired Qualifications**

  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience
  • Cash handling experience
  • Bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree
