**Job Description**
This job is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed.
**Responsibilities**
- Engage clients to gain an in-depth knowledge of financial and life priorities
- Connect clients to solutions that meet financial goals
- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
- Drive the client experience
- Manage cash responsibilities
**Required Qualifications**
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Collaborative and effective at building relationships
- Ability to identify solutions for clients based on their needs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Efficient time management and capacity
- Flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
**Desired Qualifications**
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions
- Demonstrated successful sales experience
- Cash handling experience
- Bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree
