**Job Description**

Our Prudential Risk team works with various stakeholders across Macquarie's senior management, business, and support groups to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations to the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and manage non-financial risks like operational resilience, cyber technology, and data. **Responsibilities**

• Providing advice on APRA's requirements and expectations
• Reviewing and evaluating new business initiatives for compliance with prudential standards
• Dealing with banking regulations and ensuring compliance with prudential rules related to operational resilience, cyber technology, or data risk

**Requirements**

• Previous experience with APRA or other regulatory requirements regarding operational resilience, cyber technology, or data risk
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage priorities, and lead discussions
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
