About Patch Patch is the infrastructure powering the carbon market of the future. Patch software brings together corporate buyers, project developers, financiers, and policymakers to increase transparency and modernize climate action. We provide companies like Credit Suisse, Aviva, and Route access to the broadest network of vetted carbon credits available through direct purchases, multi-year offtake agreements, or in any digital transaction via APIs. We also provide software that enables carbon removal project developers and financiers like Carbon Streaming, Anew, Eion, and Brilliant Planet to manage their operations and grow their sales, so they can scale their climate impact.
About Position
CarbonOS is the operating system for scaling climate action. Patch’s goal is for CarbonOS to become the leading software ecosystem for businesses to manage, sell, and deliver carbon credits, so they can scale the climate solutions our planet needs.
As the team’s Product Lead , you will directly lead and manage product initiatives responsible for making CarbonOS critical infrastructure for the carbon credit ecosystem.
You’ll be responsible for driving product initiatives that enable technologists and entrepreneurs on the bleeding edge of climate innovation to add their carbon credits to Patch’ platform. You’ll collaborate closely with a cross-functional team of engineers, product designers marketers, and sales experts to deliver on Patch’s supply-side goals. We’re looking for someone passionate about building enterprise software to solve today’s most pressing climate challenges.### What You’ll Do:
- Dive deep into our customer journey and conduct user research to identify market opportunities and product solutions for the supply side of Patch’s marketplace
- Define, document, and communicate product requirements and work with Patch’s engineering team, managing the product life cycle from inception to delivery
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize the CarbonOS product experience
- Develop the long-term product vision for CarbonOS and prioritize initiatives to drive business objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve problems across the business and communicate how product developments will impact key stakeholders
Who You Are:
- You have at least 5 years of direct experience in a Product Manager role
- You have experience working with enterprise software for a variety of different customers and use cases
- You have broad experience and a track record of meeting quarterly targets while working across functional business partners (Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to deliver with urgency & excellence.
- You are customer-oriented
- You have experience in a scaling, category-defining startup environment.
- You are an excellent communicator, verbally and written.
- You are comfortable giving feedback when needed and helping your team do their best work.
- You are willing and able to work from the Hayes Valley office in San Francisco, California a few days a week.

- The base salary for this role if filled within the United States is between $165,000 - $215,000. Full-time employees will also be eligible for equity and insurance. Actual specific compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, location, and some role-dependent factors.
